Two weeks into the new year and a new decade, how are your New Years resolutions working out for you? Are you sticking with them, or are you part of the statistic that says that majority of people (80%) will have abandoned their New Years resolutions by February?
The numbers vary, but regardless of whether it's 21 or 66 days to form a habit, 14 days into 2020 is a good time to re-evaluate your goals and to re-commit to them. Or to set fresh goals, if you haven't yet, because as they say, if you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time.

Once you’ve decided on this, stick to making decisions that will shape you into the person you wish to become.
SETTING GOALS FOR 2020
Write down what didn’t work and what didn’t go right in 2019.
Write down what did work and what did go right in 2019.
What thoughts dominated your 2019? Can you see the connection between your answers to Questions 1, 2 and 3?
Commit to working on your needle-movers and obsess on your Not-To-Do list.
Be honest. Where are you in life?
Where do you want to go by the end of 2020? How about 2030?
Attach emotions to achieving your goals. How will you feel once you achieve your goals? How will you feel if you don’t?
What new capabilities do you need to gain to achieve your goals?
Attach power phrases to your goals.
What routines can you start right now that can set you up for the process of creating momentum? What’s your first step towards success?
